It is our desire and our privilege to provide your children with a strong foundation both Biblically and academically. Here at RDC Academy, we believe that, through a student-centered learning environment which will allow for differentiated instruction and maximum student engagement and participation, all students have the capability to learn and achieve academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. We strive to provide all our students with the education, guidance and experiences needed to build a solid academic foundation with necessary life skills.

Mission
RDC Academy exists to provide a holistic education that promotes high achievement, a biblical worldview, and character development marked by disciplined behavior, thereby equipping children with the tools needed to positively impact today and tomorrow.
Vision
Everyone is created with a purpose, a destiny which God intends for us to pursue. RDC Academy is dedicated to helping students discover and accomplish their purpose. Students will not only learn academic curriculum at a high level, but also begin preparation to fulfill their destiny. RDC Academy will prepare students to become successful citizens, ambassadors of Christ, and all that God has created them to be.
RDC ACADEMY ADMISSIONS
Admissions Criteria
We are pleased you have chosen to explore enrolling your child(ren) into RDC Academy. In making this decision, we want you to know that when we admit a student, we are also admitting the whole family to become part of our school family. We are a body of believers who desire our children to have a Bible-based Christian education. We believe the Bible to be the Word of God given to us as an example so that we can live our lives in fullness with Him. We teach our students of God's love, forgiveness, and mercy. We want all our students to develop a deep and growing relationship with God. We share this information with you as we believe it is important that both the parent(s) and student(s) understand who we are as an educational institution.
RDC Academy seeks to admit students who meet the following criteria:
- Student shows a likelihood of academic success within a Christ-centered academic environment.
- Student exhibits high moral character and is in good standing with their current school.
- Kindergarteners must be 5 years old before September 1 to enroll.
- Students entering Kindergarten must be fully potty-trained. They should be able to identify when they need to use the bathroom and have the ability to communicate that to their teacher. While we understand that occasional accidents or medical issues will occur, if a student has frequented accidents, he/she will be required to stay home until he/she is fully trained or the medical issue is resolved.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Print out the application below or call the school for an application with the necessary forms and requests transcripts from your current school. Once the paperwork is complete, our admissions office will schedule an interview.

The Nature of Learning
RDC Academy is dedicated to Christ-centered education in all aspects of life. RDCA believes, to produce ambassadors of Christ, there must be a partnership between the home, church, and the school. We believe that all students can learn, and that not all students learn the same. Students have a variety of gifts and abilities. In understanding that learning styles and developmental stages is paramount the ability of learners to move through the phases of learning, RDCA will do our best to:
- Learn our students and differentiate instruction to better accommodate the learner.
- Develop and execute biblically integrated lessons and activities designed to scaffold learners to higher order skills.
- Provide opportunity for practice and feedback before graded assessments.
- Administer formative and summative assessments.
